Tan Thuan Industrial Promotion Company (IPC) is a State Enterprise founded in 1989 to induce foreign investments to join in socio-economic development programs of HCMC. In 1997, TTIPC recieved award from the central government   TTIPC is the joint venture partner of CT&D Group, to carry out Tan Thuan Export Processing Zone and Saigon South Urban Development. In addition, it is responsible for the development of Hiep Phuoc Industrial Park, the dredging of the Soai Rap River, and the construction of a deep-sea port.
