Vietnam is the gateway between China and ASEAN countries.  All major ports and airports are within similar reach from HCMC.

HCMC is located just north of the Mekong Delta, one of the most fertile regions in the world.  HCMC is the key location for processing goods produced in the Mekong Delta.  The Mekong Delta and HCMC are home to one third of the country's 80 million population.
