you have plans for developing the first large-scale international
standard shopping mall in Vietnam, with quality tenants providing
a full range of brands and products, with food court, coffee shops
and parking facilities?
Multiple movie theaters with the latest projection technology, and on-line or telephone ticketing system are highly desirable; a multimedia event and cultural high-tech performance area can also be envisioned. A shopping mall is still
a new concept to Vietnamese, though there are some places for
shopping. This section hasn't been exploited yet and HCMC, the
leading city of Vietnam's economy, definitely needs this facility
to service its local as well as foreign residents. |
