Established in 1989 by the HCMC People's Committee, Tan Thuan
Industrial Promotion Corporation (IPC) attracts foreign investment
capital for socio-economic development programs in HCMC.

IPC
is currently involved in the following projects:

TTC - a Joint Venture Partner
with CT&D Group to manage and develop Tan Thuan Export
Processing Zone.
PMH - a joint venture company to develop the new urban
area Saigon South. IPC holds a 30% interest.
To dredge the Nha Be and Saoi Rap rivers toward the East
Sea in order to build a large seaport for vessels over 50,000
tons.
Establish the 2,000 ha (4,942 acre) Hiep Phuoc IZ, the
first heavy industrial zone in Vietnam.
