Saigon South's 3,300 hectares
(8,154 acres) of development property lies just south of HCMC's
downtown, across the commercially important Doi Canal and
Ben Luc River. A 15 minute drive (4km) from the New City Center
brings you to the central District 1.

The Master Plan divides the
site into three major zones - the Cultural and Recreational
Parkway in the North; the Development Zone in the center;
and the Scenic Riverway to the South.
The Cultural and Recreational
Parkway is a necklace of parks, gardens and green spaces that
will serve all the residents of Saigon. It will include two
university campuses, a zoo, a botanical garden, golf courses,
a water park, a fairground, and athletic facilities large
enough to host the Asian Games.
The Scenic Riverway, created
by the City government, borders the southern side of the development.
This reserve of natural beauty allows measured access to the
natural waterways, a large Nature Conservancy Park and a 36
hole golf course.
The Development Zone at the
core of Saigon South is made up of a variety of residential
and commercial properties linked by the 17.8 km Saigon South
Parkway. The first East-West linkage from the Saigon port
area to National Highway one, it serves as the catalyst for
the development and urbanization of HCMC's southern region.
