HPPC was established in 1993 and obtained a Vietnamese power generation license. In order to support the development of Phu My Hing New City project, HPPC established a MEP department in 2002 to provide high-quality and stable water supply and power supply in MEP construction.
With the growth of Phu My Hung, the profits of the MEP department has increased year by year. In response to the adjustment of business strategy, in 2018, the MEP department was separately established from HPPC, which is now the current Tan Phat company.
Tan Phat has more than 20 years of experience in the construction of MEP systems (including various types of low and medium voltage system, light current engineering system, monitoring and access control system, water supply and drainage system, ventilation, air conditioning, fire-fighting and management, warranty and maintenance of MEP systems.)
Over the past years, more than fifteen large-scale residential construction projects, office building, malls, exhibition center, machinery plants, weaving and dyeing plants have been completed, with 256 strictly trained technicians and engineers and 800 experienced workers, we provide customers with the best quality, management and safety in construction, and thus obtain highly trust and excellent reviews among the owners and major contractors.
