General Director
The SPCC’s General Director, Mr. Zhang Yin Fu.

Deputy General Director
The SPCC’s Deputy General Director, Mr. James Young (Taiwanese nationality), has both Engineering & Business background. He came to Vietnam in 1995 and participated in prestige projects of Power Infrastructure & City Development in Vietnam. His experiences in infrastructure construction and city development will bring value to SPCC’s customers.

Deputy General Director
The SPCC’s Deputy General Director, Mr. Chang Ching Chang.

Deputy General Director
Mr. Huang Zhen Bin (Chinese national) joined SPCC in 2002. Mr. Huang Zhen Bin was appointed as a Deputy General Director at SPCC, in February 2013, responsible for the business operations in Cambodia. Mr. Huang Zhen Bin is a Certified Construction Engineer by the P.R of China, specializing in both Civil and Highway Engineering. Mr. Huang Zhen Bin has been instrumental in SPCC’s expansion into the Cambodia construction market.

Deputy General Director
The SPCC’s Deputy General Director, Mr. Do Le Tho.

Financial Controller
The SPCC’s financial Controller, Ms. Hsu Chia Chi (Taiwanese nationality), an excellent expert in accounting, and financial management, is in charge of the company’s accounting, and finance functions.
