Phu My Hung Corporation (PMH) – The Company was established in May 1993 as a joint-venture between the HoChiMinh City People’s Committee (represented by the Tan Thuan Industrial Promotion Company) and the Central Trading & Development Group, headquartered in Taipei, Taiwan. It is the expediter for 3,300 ha Saigon South Master Plan, as well as the developer for Nguyen Van Linh Parkway which is 120 meters in width and 17.8 km in length. PMH is now dedicating itself in developing the New City Center.

Tan Thuan Industrial Promotion Company (IPC) - IPC is the developer of Hiep Phuoc Industrial Zone, which occupies 2,000 ha of land in Ho Chi Minh City. It is undergoing the dredging of Soai Rap River and Nha Be River for the future construction of a deepwater port accommodating 50,000 ton level of vessels.

Central Trading & Development Group (CT&D Group) One of the largest foreign investors in Vietnam. In addition to Phu My Hung Corporation (the New City Center), CT&D Group also established Tan Thuan Corporation in developing Tan Thuan Export Processing Zone, Hiep Phuoc Power Company in constructing and running Hiep Phouc Power Plant and Sino-Pacific Construction Consultancy Corporation (SPCC) for professional consulting services.
