Infrastructure

The infrastructure of Phu My Hung New City Center, including road systems, drainage and sewerage systems, power supply system, and the environmental maintenance, is directly established and operated by Phu My Hung Corporation. Among them, the 17.8 kilometers long and 120 meter width Nguyen Van Linh parkway pass through entire Saigon South, connecting Tan Thuan Export Processing Zone from the east and No. 1 national highway from the west. We spent 10 years and 100 million USD to build this road in 3 phases. It has 10 to 14 lanes which is rare in Vietnam. We reserved a green belt area in the middle of the parkway intentionally for the future use of Mass Transit.  

Landscape team

The landscape team with PMH uniform regularly cleans the streets, collects the garbage, and plants green plants, keeping the beautiful city view. Every tree in PMH represents the great effort of greening team. After the processing in sewage treatment works, the household wastewater is reclaimed and being used to water plants.

Security and fire fighting

We also established a security team to secure the safety of new city center. 24 hours patrol, regular physical training, nearly thousand monitors, regular checking of firefighting facilities, regular firefighting exercise, and so on, make the residents in Phu My Hung have a happy life without worries.

Saigon South International School

The Saigon South International School is invested by Phu My Hung to provide 12 grades education based on American system and all teachers are certified in American education. Students can get into American college by taking the SAT. Since it adopted IB program in 2009, now students can apply for European schools. The student body is composed by 35 nations. The graduates last year successfully got the offer from New York University, Connell University, Soul University, Boston University, and so on.

Lawrence S. Ting School

In order to commemorate the former chairman, and to educate the young generation in Vietnam, we have set up Lawrence S. Ting School, providing high quality education from junior high school to senior high school. Within only 3 years, it has become a school that everyone talks about in Vietnam. Meanwhile, it was the only Vietnamese school selected to be a Pathfinder School as part of the Microsoft Partners in Learning Innovative Schools Program in 2010.

Taiwan School

Taiwan School provides education from kindergarten to senior high school. It has invited experienced and certified teachers from Taiwan and the teaching material is the same as in Taiwan. Therefore, students from this school can go back to Taiwan and continue their study without any difficulty. In the school, there are an athletic ground, gymnasium, and tennis courts for student's physical development.

Established by the city's Heart Institute, the Tam Duc Cardiology Hospital is expected to help ease the overcrowding at the city's only heart center, which has thousands of patients on its waiting list.
