  • 1996 : received the Joint Operation Certification No. 157787 for the construction of Binh Thuan Road (Nguyen Van Linh Parkway today)

     

     

     

  • 1997 : Completion of Southern Cross Building - the first Commercial Building started in mode of EPC solution in Saigon South

     

     

     

  • 1998 : Commencement of SM2 & SM3 lanes of Nguyen Van Linh Parkway

     

     

     

  • 1999 : SPCC-VN licensed No. 73/GP-HCM

     

     

     

  • 2003 : Move to new office in 7th and 8th Floor of Lawrence S. Ting Building

     

     

     

  • 2006 : 16 Nov: Market Expanse to Cambodia by the Construction Contract of New Monivong Bridge

     

     

     

  • 2007 :
    • 8 Oct: SPCC Branch set up in Long An – supply HPC Spun Pile to the market
    • 30 Dec: Nguyen Van Linh Parkway whole project came into operation
    • Re-registration completed with new Investment Certificate No.

  • 2008 :
    • 14 Jan: G.K.Civil – a Technical Supporting Resource - a Joint Venture Co. of SPCC in Shanghai was established
    • 19 Nov: Receipt of Trademark Registration Certificate for “SPCC Trademark” from Department of Intellectual Property

  • 2009 :
    • 2 Jan: set up – a Modeling Company – Pacific Nick Art Co., Ltd. - a Joint Venture Co. of SPCC providing supplement services in the real estate industry in Vietnam
    • 27 May: Monivong Bridge Completion and Traffic-Through Ceremony

  • 2010 : Implemented SAP’s – Enterprise Resources Planning (ERP) management system which has enable SPCC to improve its internal processes by integrating all of its operations.
